Our commitment to attendees

Emboss Life Community will not sell or distribute attendees' personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

How we use information

We use information you provide to process ticket purchases, communicate about the conference, respond to inquiries and fulfill event benefits. Ticket purchasers may be added to our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system and communication funnels for these purposes.

We may also send marketing from Emboss Life Community where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate consent. Buying a ticket is not blanket consent to marketing. You can opt out of marketing using the unsubscribe option in a marketing message or by contacting hello@embosslife.co. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary purchase or event communications.

Necessary sharing

We may share information as needed with service providers acting on our behalf, including Stripe for payment processing and CRM or email providers for contact management and communications. We may also share information as necessary to fulfill the event and its benefits, or comply with legal requirements. These disclosures are not sales or distribution for independent third-party marketing.

Partnership and group seating inquiries

Inquiries are sent by email to marketing@embosslife.co through your own email app. This website does not run an inquiry form or save inquiry submissions. Your email provider and the recipient's email service process your message. Emboss Life Community uses the information you send to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Ticket checkout

Ticket buttons open Stripe, which handles payment information under its own privacy terms. This website does not collect card details.

Separate platform subscriptions

A conference ticket and organizer communications do not enroll you in a separate platform subscription. The complimentary month of the paid online Emboss Life Community starts following the conference, with access and activation instructions provided after purchase. There is no automatic paid subscription or renewal; you actively choose whether to continue paying. Separate platforms have their own privacy terms and subscription choices.
